If you self-registered, you will already have set up your password. Otherwise, you should have received a password in an email (you may need to check your Junk or Spam folders).

However you were registered, you can change your password at any time - just follow the "Want to change your password?" link when you try to log in.

If you register through the app directly as opposed to through your nurse, the app will ask you to complete a short clinical questionnaire after you log in which will take you about 10 minutes. Complete this with your nurse when you are next at the hospital if you are not sure of some of the answers.

This questionnaire is to record for you the stage of your cancer when you got the app. It is also important to help us understand what types of patients are using the app and where they are in terms of their cancer when first registering.

You don't need to download the app. If you don't have a smart phone or prefer to use a laptop or PC, just come here to sign in. Your data is available here or on the phone APP. You can even use both if you want.
